Kaseri is a semi-hard cheese from sheep and goat milk with compact mass with no holes.

It is produced in Macedonia, Thessalia, Thrace and Lesvos.

It has a distinct aroma and mild taste.

It is also a product resgistered as Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O.)

Kaseri is registered as a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).

It is semi-hard cheese produced from sheep and goat’s milk, compact mass without holes.

The flavor takes us back in time, when we were children.

It’s long maturity and has a rich full flavor.
